Customers and Contacts Overview

You can easily add your customers into Everyware, including their contact and demographic information.

All contacts need to belong to a "List". This is an organizational bucket which allows for you to easily categorize your contacts and customers.

By default, newly added contacts will automatically be listed under the site's default Contact List. After they've been added, contacts can be updated, tagged, organized and sorted into various other lists inside the Everyware portal under Contacts > Manage Lists.

Note: Two contacts can not share the same MobilePhone - it is meant to be unique for routing text messages.
